I have a Versa 2 and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10+. I've had my Versa since early November with little to no problems until now. I can no longer receive text message notifications. I get all my other notifications but text. I've done all the trouble shooting available, I've done a factory reset on my Versa and still not working. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just got my Versa 2 for Christmas, got text notifications for about a week and now nothing. I get calls randomly on my versa. I have done a factory reset and added it back on and still nothing. HELP!!!
