What is the best way to log activity for an accurate step count? I have a Flex. MFP is syncing just fine to the FitBit app. Is it correct to log activity through MFP or Fitbit app for accuracy? I am way overthinking this. I seem to be missing steps today by a lot and I am really confused as to why.

Hello @lildiamondeyes, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! It will depend of the nature of the activity you are doing that will determine the amount of steps you have.
About the integration of MFP and your Fitbit Account, the best practice is to leave your MFP specifically for food logging and your Fitbit account for exercise. Some users prefer this method since depending of the tracker you have in some instances it will automatically track your exercise and if the activity is logged in MFP it will duplicate your numbers.
