Moved to Google, not syncing

Received email I needed to move to Google before February 2026 so I tried to do so. My fitbit wouldn't sync after trying every step indicated to resolve the issue. So I reverted back to logging in my old way which worked. Perhaps by February 2026 this issue will be resolved that I can switch.

Mine synced with no problem, have you tried with the google health app?
