Music controls works only for a certain amount of time after pairing

Hello, I'm having problems with Blaze's music controls. I'm using bluetooth classic setting on, LG G4 (marshmallow 6.0) and Spotify.

 

I can see the play button turning in to pause button when I start playing directly from the phone. Pressing the pause/play on the Blaze itself does nothing.

 

When I remove Blaze classic from the bluetooth settings and make it pair again the buttons works about 15 minutes and after that they stop working again.

 

Is this a Blaze software issue?

Several of my streaming music services aren't working correctly after the 6.0 upgrade. Believe the trouble is with the apps.

It would be a weird if a giant like Spotify woudn't be Marshmallow compatible.

I've had trouble with every one of mine.  Pandora, Spotify, and Milk. However, Pandora is suddenly working today. Hopefully, it'll stay that way.
