My Boat Shoe badge isn't updating

Has been showing the same numbers everyday but it shows that I earned new ones.  Turned phone off but that did not help

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I'd like to clarify that badges are earned only by data tracked by your Fitbit Inspire 2 in this case. When viewing badges in the Fitbit app, once you tap on it, it will show the last date it was earned. Can you double check if it's showing the correct date it was earned?

It shows the last date a shoe was earned but it is not updating the account
so it's been showing 41 badges for like 4 days every day I'm getting a new
badge but it's staying at 41

@Jughead49 Thank you for getting back. I moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic. 

 

Let's try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in 

 

Also, please check if you're getting the same information in your online Dashboard

Okay I did all of the steps you suggested I had shown 44 for my Boot shoes
get 5000 more steps and shows that I earned another shoe today but it did
not update so it was 44 this morning and it still showing at 44. Where is
the online dashboard?

I went to the dashboard and it shows 48 while the app shows 44
