My Fitbit Charge 2 is not Syncing with Huawei P9 Lite Mobile device. Tried everything. Does not want to work. Upsetting customer 😞

I have the same problem. Very disappointed. Hope they can up grade something to get it working as really love my phone and its a pain having to sync my fitbit to my friends phone to download the information as I dont have a pc either . Disappointed Karla 😢

There's a whole thread going back well over a year on this one. They don't seem to have any intention of supporting this, or any other newish Android phones. When I finally got a reply from a higher level they actually told me to contact my retailer for a refund! No new Android phones have been added for months, only the Samsung S6 and S7 are supported devices!
