My fitbit flex is not syncing to my samsung s8+. I have tried everything that has been suggested but nothing has worked. There have been no other devices around but is still not working. What can i do???

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the fitbit using this procedure?
- Plug your charging cable into aUSB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
- Remove the pebble from the wristband and insert it into the charging cable.
- Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
- Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.
- Take your tracker out of the charger and insert it back into the wristband.
If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
If that doesn't work and you've tried all the other suggestions then it's probably best to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
