My fitbit will no longer sync

My fitbit will no longer sync to my Galaxy 6 Edge. It hasn't since February 13. I deleted the app and re-subscribed, signed out and signed back in, turned phone off and on....any suggestions? Please help! Thanks

Try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work.

I tried the procedure you recommended and now my fitbit is working again.
