Was working fine up until few days ago it just stopped counting my steps through the app by itself I have all my health connect permissions on. I work in a kitchen and don't like wearing my watch to work so I rely on the built in app on my phone for a lot of step data please help!

Hello, @georefi, welcome to the community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation by tracking your steps with your phone, using a Charge 6.
I recommend you to restart your Charge 6 and your phone, if you already have a Fitbit account, delink and link your phone once again:
- Log into the Fitbit app and tap the Today tab Devices .
- Under Add connections, tap Add phone.
- Follow the instructions to set up your phone.

You also never mentioned which platform you're using. Your issue has little, if anything to do with the Charge 6 device and everything to do with the phone app. I'd be happy to move the post to the appropriate forum to keep the boards organized, but I need to know where to move the post to.
