My phone won't sync to fitbit charge HR

I've done everything, restart phone, Bluetooth, app, fitbit device. And it still won't work. The phone just can't find the device. I tried to find it thru my computer's Bluetooth, but nothing. Can someone please help?

I'm having the same issue, @NatyNat. Nothing since 8am Pacific this morning and I've tried all the fixes you have as well. Has to be some kind of issue on Fitbit's end.

I'm having the same problem. I've done all the "fix" steps as well. I'm partly glad it's not just me, but I'm frustrated that it's a problem all around.

Hi there @CMichelle and welcome aboard to our Community @NatyNat and @WhovianChick. I wonder how it goes so far, I was reviewing and on that date there are no reports of an issue that could interfere with your trackers sync.
