Hi @Marlene12345678 there is no repair center for these devices. Which Versa do you have? You set up to a compatible phone?

Not many computers today are designed to last very long.
The average person replaces their phone gets updated every 24 months. The Apple watch is expected to last 3 years, then replaced.
Is the problem with the app, or tracker.
You say that the app is not showing steps, but what about the Versa?
