My versa won't count steps, hart rate

I need to fix my versa. I already restarted the app and the versa. Log in and log out. Still the same. Now I can't on my phone. Where can I send to fix it!?

Hi @Marlene12345678  there is no repair center for these devices. Which Versa do you have? You set up to a compatible phone?

The first versa! It has working before and just stop. Nothing new happened!

Try a restart of the device. It often helps.

After I exhausted talk with Fitbit assistants, turn off and on all the
setting and everything!!!!! They couldn't do anything more, to help Soo
They sent to me a voucher to buy a new Fitbit! Why I would invest money
again in a thing that is so expensive and stop work with no reason!!!???
Anyway, I fix the problem! I put a new screen picture and heart rate and
the steps start to work again!

Not many computers today are designed to last very long. 

The average person replaces their phone gets updated every 24 months. The Apple watch is expected to last 3 years, then replaced. 

Is the problem with the app, or tracker. 

You say that the app is not showing steps, but what about the Versa?
