I bought a new phone and now it's not compatible with my Fitbit Charge HR! What the heck. I bought a Motorola Moto G5. Fitbit needs to do something to fix this. I don't see a Fitbit app for my iPad either. Fitbit, this just sucks.

Hello @SlowSteps2, welcome to our Fitbit Community. My apologies for the late response and I appreciate your feedback.
Regarding the compatibility of your Motorola G5, is true that is not listed as compatible. Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices. The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found at fitbit.com/devices.
If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
Now about your concern of the app is not available for your iPad, note that the Fitbit app is available for all iOS devices, regardless if this is an iPad or iPhone.
1. Open the App Store.
2. In the top-right search field, type "Fitbit."
3. If you do not see the Fitbit app in your search results, please tap "iPad Only" in the top menu bar and then "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu; the Fitbit app should appear.
4. Tap "FREE" then "INSTALL" to install the Fitbit app.
Hope this helps and thanks again for your feedback.

Dear Fitbit, please please pleaseeeeeee make your devices compatible with older versions of Android and iOS. We can't have millions of the world's population buying a new device and cause environmental pollution just because we need our Fitbit to work. This is profoundly disappointing.

I had problems with my mobile and re-set it to factory settings. I am now trying to download fitness app again and it's now saying its incompatible. I got on to support which was a complete waste of time because they were absolutely useless. The thing is that the same fit was paired and app downloaded on my mobile for two years. I am never going to buy this fitbit again, I will also go for a cheaper version and hope for the best

Hello @muskey1 and welcome to the Community forum. I'm not an Android user, but when you re-set your phone to its factory settings, did it re-set your OS to something lower than Android 8.0? The Fitbit app needs Android 8.0 as a minimum. Older versions of the Fitbit app were removed from the Google Play Store.
As an iPhone user, I try to stay away from answering in the Android forum. Don't want to write something completely silly.
