It's not the tiles that need to be rearranged. It is the entire daily stats block that is at the bottom of my screen and not at the top like it's supposed to be. It even shows in my screen shot that my daily stats aren't at the top of my screen. There are zero settings to move the entire daily stats section.

Hi @Zinnaerris
That's strange, I can drag the whole daily stats block ("activity") up and down if I use the option "edit" that is placed on the right of the "today" option.

Hi there!
My app constantly notifies me to link my device with the app. My device is linked and I even tried un-linking the device and then reconnecting to work out this issue however, it is continuing.
Is there anything else I can do?

The new interface has caused nothing but grief for both me and my husband. Both of us have a problem syncing, usually unable to locate device. Also, the battery life has been cut in half. We now have to charge every 24 hours. Everything was fine until the new interface was introduced!!

I love the new look, but the app now has major functionality issues where none previously existed. Syncing almost always fails unless I've first force quit the application or restarted my device.

Weird. Maybe I am blind. I don't see in there how to move the entire block. I've even called customer service and received no help.

Where did you find the old app? The link Fitbit sent me to wants a charge card and that's not happening.

If you google 'old version of fitbit' it will take you to a website called 'up to down' it lists previous versions of fitbit, I removed the new interface/app then downloaded the old version and turned off auto updates for fitbit, then reinstall from downloaded 7.2 old version. Reset and sync and Voila everything back as it used to be and no more issues. 🙂
hope this helps
Julie

Hi Unfortunately the new app is a disaster. It's very difficult to sync my Inspire - can literally take HOURS of constant refresh to get it to syn (even turning on/off Bluetooth, phone or resetting Fitbit). When I track exercise from the app, it does not record heart rate any more, I need this for my walks / runs - the Fitbit display is too small to read when I'm moving and I've always used the app. I have Huawei P20 Pro with Android 9 so neither device is old. Ans also the layout is a nightmare. Bring back the older working versin please or I will have to bin the Fitbit!
