Problem solved. Thanks to a suggestion made by one of the community managers I was able to sync my new phone with my Alta. I just removed the fitbit app from my old phone and everything went back to normal. Thanks so much for the help.
I got a new Samsung a 5 my old phone is broken so I cant take the app off so I started a new app on my phone but my Alta won't sync to it any idea what I can do
