What has to be done to be rid of this new dash board? It's awful. Anyone have idea? Emailing them? Posting our feelings here? Ugh hope they change it soon. This new updated dashboard is awful.

Hey @lisey84, @becbrown89 and @Tommygun1978, welcome to the Forums.
I am sorry for the late reply and to hear about the discomfort you are experiencing with your Fitbit. I've gone ahead and escalated your cases to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
In the meantime, I recommend taking off the devices and check our wear and care page.
Keep me posted.

Yes, you can help me and the rest of us by letting our apps work again and sync again. This new updated app Sucks. It doesn't work

Could someone please detail how, exactly, the new app is "more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized"?
I couldn't get it to sync at all, but it'd be nice to know what exactly Fitbit is attempting to do.

@Adrienna27 as far as I can see there is absolutely nothing new added apart from the new layout. Any new stuff will only be available on subscription so we have all these problems and they expect us to pay more.
Ooh look is that the porcine aerobatic squadron?

I appreciate your participation in the Community and the feedback provided.
@Lilbiddy, @Outlawhorses, @Adrienna27, @SunsetRunner and @Calla365. If you would like to see some improvements in the Fitbit app, keep in mind that you can always visit our feature suggestions board and share your ideas with us.
You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.
In the meantime, let me know if you need anything else.

@AlejandraFitbit, I think you missed my point that moderators are telling us the new version of the app is dynamic, integrated and personalised. I am saying there is no difference apart from layout to the old version. Despite repeated requests no one has told me what the differences are. So they must only be for those who want to subscribe for extra services.
I find referring us to feature suggestions to request things that we already ought to have, like functioning messaging of texts and calls and even basic synching ability disingenuous.
Plus some features requested ie a stop steps counting while driving have been running since 2014 to no avail.
