I purchased a new phone today, and when I reinstalled the Fitbit app, it is telling me that my email address and password is not valid. When I go to the website my email and password works fine. I have tried to reset the password, I have tried reinstalling the app, but every time I try to log in with my previous email and password, it says invalid. Please help!

Hi @CottlestonPie - just in case it is a keyboard issue on the new phone try entering the password in an open space on the phone then copy it and then try login and paste the password.
Also check security software and access is not a problem see No internet connection
