Can't get my charge 3 to synch ??

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

After a recent software update for galaxy 9+ the fitbit software cannot find the device and sync. I have to reboot the fitbit charge 3 device by plugging it in and holding the button for 8 seconds  each time I want to syn data.it looks like a bug
