I recently synced my Versa with my Google Pixel XL and the notifications no longer show up and the caller ID is listed as Unknown. I've restarted my Versa and phone without any luck.

Thank you very much for restarting your Versa to try and get it fixed before posting.
In this case this is a known issue going on with Android Pie (9), which is the Android version the Pixel 3 runs on. Our team is aware of the situation and it is being looked into but we do not have any updates at this moment. Anything regarding this issue will be posted in another thread. I'm also having issue with not getting ANY notifications on my Versa. No Email, No SMS, No Hangouts, No Notifications at all. The screen says "Nothing New Here. All caught up"
