After logging off of my Fitbit app and restarting my Fitbit, I had found that all of my recent foods are gone and no new ones have been listed under the recent. Is this the app's latest glitch or something like that?
I don't know what caused this latest glitch to the Fitbit app. Do you have any comment on this @JuanFitbit and @MarioSFitbit?
@Rtkat3 You are describing an app feature, not a device feature. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Most, but not all issues like this are platform specific. This thread can get moved to a better fit forum, where you might get more help.

Best AnswerI'm currently using a Moto G Power. @Smurmur mentioned in an earlier post of having a similar problem. If you think this could be moved to another part of the forum, which one would you recommend? If this message can't me moved, I'm sure one of the moderators can help with that.
Best AnswerSame issue here, Android, pixel 10 pro xl. It's def NOT an app feature. I've been using fitbit app for over ten years and recent foods have always been available. It's a fault, not a feature.
That's exactly what I am seeing, couldn't post a screenshot of it on Sunday (another error code)

Has anyone at fitbit acknowledged this anywhere??

Can't even see cals in now on main screen of the app. I've tried a new thread about this as its another new issue but I keep getting error codes. Farcical.

Unable to use screenshots but all the food entries show once you click on food tile but on main page, cal no = 0
I didn't even notice water. Yes, same here. I've just seen FB on twitter telling someone to restart, log out etc etc - so it's widespread and clearly nothing an individual can fix. Fitbit acknowledging that however would be a first 🙄
Same issue here, glad it's not just me. Guess it's a server-side issue.
Similar story here on Pixel 8 Pro and a Pixel Watch 2. I log food and it just disappears. Main app screen doesn't show it, logged calories will *sometimes* show the correct total calories and macros but logged foods will be missing and all the items will quite literally not add up. It doesn't matter if I manually log it, use the barcode scanner from within the app, or the barcode scanner widget on my phone's home screen
Did they start vibe coding the app??? Ever since last year we're constantly getting tons of updates that just straight up break the app.
Best AnswerI found my own work around. I took a screenshot of all entries I'd made today after I discovered it appeared to be logging again around 5pm UK. I then deleted the previous food entries and re-entered them. Seems to have worked. Still no word from anyone that I can see so far?? Very poor form all round today.
