No Stress Management score on Sense 2

All of the other tiles continue to show data in the app. The app is updated. I cleared the app's cache. I've restarted the watch. I've restarted my phone. I've been wearing the device continuously for years now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

Sorry to say missing stress score is still a problem for my Charge 6 and Pixel 7 phone.

I think the issue with the Stress Management score isn't quite fixed yet.

After getting my score yesterday morning, I noticed the score had disappeared later in the afternoon. My score appeared this morning, but the app still shows no score for yesterday. I'll be monitoring to see if today's score disappears.

I'm happy to say that my score from yesterday is still showing in the app and I got my score today. Got my fingers crossed that this means the problem is fixed for me. 🙏

My score showed up this morning, only to disappear a few hours later. Looks like the issue isn't completely fixed yet.

That's funny. My score showed up today, but not the two days prior. Once mine appears I haven't noticed it disappears later.

I still have app version 4.38. Waiting for 4.39 to show up.

@AndreaFitbit  It doesn't sound like the latest app update will solve this problem. for at least some people.

Still no fix for this issue from my perspective. No Score today, got a score yesterday and Sunday, No Score the previous 5 days. Still don't have app version 4.39 available for me.

I'm beginning to wonder why it shows the words "No Score" where the numeric score should appear. What are the specific conditions that cause No Score to appear? Maybe it is meaningful. The message to wear device for at least 14 hours and throughout sleep also appears, but I ALWAYS wear my device except for about 1/2 hour of charging each morning.

I'm cautiously optimistic that my Stress Management score is fixed. I've gotten a score for the last 4 days and the score hasn't disappeared. 🤞

I have had a score for a few weeks now but this morning nothing! I also have a weird sleep score, no detailed information just a time spent in bed. Additionally I have no breathing rate listed.

@AndreaFitbit On April 4 I received the 4.39.2 version of the Fitbit app. I have receive Stress Management Scores of "No Score" April 5 through April 7. I did get a score on April 4, but I can't say whether it was before or after the app update. So I must say that Stress Management Scores are still intermittent for me.

Please update your Fitbit app to the 4.40 version in order to correct this.
