All of the other tiles continue to show data in the app. The app is updated. I cleared the app's cache. I've restarted the watch. I've restarted my phone. I've been wearing the device continuously for years now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

Judging by mine and my partners devices, the Versa 4 and Charge 6 are also affected
Have just been online chat with Google.
They know there is a problem & are going to fix ios users first. No mention of refunding customers for not providing a service we are paying for. I'm an android user & have no idea how long the fix will take.
Awful service from Google & the takeover decline gets worse by the month. Appalling.😖

Have spoken with Google today - they know about the problem but not sorted yet. IOS (as usual) getting priority, no idea how long Android users will have to wait .
Asked for a refund of my premium payment & got fobbed off
Same issue here. I have had a Charge 6 for about 8 months, and it stopped providing stress management scores on Feb 27. Fitbit team, please keep this thread notified of any updates.

Best AnswerFitbit owned by Google. Android owned by Google. IOS get issue fixed first. Of course they do. Because iFail users can't cope. 😂
Seriously why them first?
Best Answerwhat compensation are you going to provide for premium as you are currently not providing all features?
Best AnswerHello all,
It looks like the stress management score might have been fixed, at least for some. I got my score this morning (05 Mar 2025) and have seen other users report that they are also seeing their score.
Please let us know if you are now seeing your stress management score in the Fitbit app. If you're not seeing the score, please let us know which Fitbit device you have & what version of the Fitbit app you have on your mobile device.
