No Sync Button in App

Sometime in the last hour the "sync" button disappeared from the app. I have restarted my phone, closed out the app, updated the app, and deleted it and reinstalled. Nothing has brought back the "sync" button. Thoughts?

I need HELP. I can't  find the sync button anywhere on the app. I have restarted the phone deleted the app and reinstalled it and turned the Bluetooth in and off. Very annoying when's your trying to sync it do there time is right...

Mine is still not working. I have done everything. Restarted my phone, deleted and  reinstalled the app and turn my Bluetooth on and off. It is very annoying when you aren't trying to get the time synced.... Please Help

I have an apple phone and I am experiencing the same problems. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but the icon will still not come up.

Hello,

I tried everything that was recommended for my fit bit problem but it doesn’t seem to be working. In the actual app the sync button is gone and I can’t sync my Fitbit it is getting a little frustrating. I have tried making new accounts and forcing the app the restart and close but nothing seems to be working. 

 

If anyone has any way to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

I am having the same problem - the sync button has gone from my android. I have force stopped the app and reopened it and it still is not working. Suggestions please?

I still don't see the sync button.  I'm constantly having to open the app to sync my Fitbit.  I have also restarted, deleted and reinstalled the fitbit app
