Activity and messages are not recognized on my phone. Last time Alta synced was July 13 😞 I'm not getting phone or text notifications either on the Alta

Thanks for bringing this up. 

 

I'd recommend that you try to follow these syncing troubleshooting steps and these notifications troubleshooting steps too. After going through all of them in order you should get everything working correctly.

  • What phone are you using to sync?
  • Has it not synced at all since July 13th?
