Ever since swapping from an iPhone to an android a couple of months ago (I have the Huawei P20 Pro) I don't seem to receive notifications, it always says a phone restart is required, but that never works!! When will this problem be fixed? I was debating getting the Fitbit versa but now debating other smart watches if this problem continues as recieving notifications is one of the key features I went for!

Rubbish app basically.  The android versions always seem to play second fiddle to the iOS. Synching and notifications have been even worse since they forced this new layout on everyone.

Do install a app called fitnotifications on Playstore and you will receive it!

I installed the app and it worked for a night.. now the notifications don't work again and when I go onto the Fitbit app it continues to says 'Notification service not running. A phone restart is required' and restarting my phone doesn't fix this. So frustrating! Think I'll invest in a different smart watch if this is going to continue being a problem. Fitbit need to sort it out💁🏼‍:female_sign:
