Just got my new charge2 and not receiving noticafations or texts from my samsaung SAMSUNG-SM-G530A it does synce steps and everything else i have tried turning on and off Bluetooth also rebooting ...please help

Hi there @WmnCSnowflake, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Make sure the Fitbit app is compatible with your mobile device by checking http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
Some devices, despite are capable to sync the tracker may present issues, since the app is not fully supported. If your mobile device is not in the list but is syncing all your information, it wont hurt to try the following steps: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

So i got it working by reseting everything only issue now is it only tells me text message" and i dont know how to preview. Calling works great though

Hi there @WmnCSnowflake, I'm glad to hear after you restarted everything the notifications are working.
For your other concern, make sure the option Preview Message in your Android settings is selected, as this should help resolve the problem you are experiencing.
