Just got a new phone (the S10e) and I'm no longer getting call or text notifications on my Fitbit Alta HR. There is conflicting information that my new phone is compatible or not. Anyone else with this issue? Any chance it will be fixed?

I was told by Fitbit help is that the S10 is not compatible with my charge 3 now that I got a new phone....

Sooo the Fitbit I got for my birthday in July is no longer compatible with a new phone. Did they mention anything about fixing this? I would hate to think there is no fix

So I'm not a hundred percent sure yet I am getting back in contact with them because my charge three won't keep time whatsoever as soon as I take it off the charger I lose minutes and I can lose up to 4 hours over a day

I can connect it but no text or any notifications which is pretty **ahem** pointless since I got it for that reason not to exercise. Any advice or should I return it

I just got the versa lite Fitbit and I cant get notifications either
So maybe the s10e not the fit bit?

Just spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Fitbit C.S and it seems to be fixed for now

Are your text notifications coming through now? Interesting that a moderator didn't jump in on this thread...makes me think there's still not a permanent fix. I was able to get my call notifications to work some months back, but I still don't get text notifications (one of the main reasons I bought my Alta). I've had my new phone for about 6-7 months and it looks like this was a known issue since the 10 came out, months before that. This should have been fixed on Fitbit's end by now. Very frustrating!

Yeah its working now.. they sent me a replacement charge 3 and now that one works without a hitch on my S10!
I couldn't get it to sync at all before and now it works no problem.. calls.. messages.. all come through no problem.. theres a setting you have to go in and set up for the texts to work..

I did speak with tech support, after trying 2 or 3 things that did not work, the only thing that did was to unpair the device, restart the phone and then uninstall then reinstall the Fitbit. app This fix only lasted about 5 days then it was back to having no notifications again. Still frustrating and still not fixed for Galaxy S10

I played with a few settings within the app, based on recommendations from another online forum. My text notifications are working....for now. So we'll see if it sticks.

Pretty sure all I did was go into the my account.. click on the fitbit and it brought up more options.. went down to notifications.. and clicked all the ones I wanted to get..

My notifications ( text and phone calls) worked when I first started using my Fitbit Vesa. Now, it is not working. Not sure if I accidentally turned something off or what.
Please help.
