Good morning..another "glitch"??No sleep data syncing from last night.. What is happening with this current update? Only data in charge 4 is ladt nights O2 level.

Same here! Steps from yesterday and this morning are there, but no sleep data.

I have the same issue with my Charge 3. It hasn't synced my sleep data for 2 days now. Also isn't showing my heart rate (I've pinched myself, I'm still alive!) I've also realised that the green led light on the underside of the 'pebble' is not coming on. Weirdly, it is showing the time, my steps, the current date, and flights of stairs. I have reported it to Fitbit and they are looking into it. This is my 5th Charge 3. One purchased (in March 2019), the others are all replacements.
