Fit bit alta is connected but does not show any steps. Any ideas would be appreciated

@Vic20 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your steps are missing. Where are the steps missing from (the app or the tracker)? Which phone do you have? Have you tried any troubleshoots?
