Hi! I've looked through several forums and can't find anyone with this issue...

I get notifications on my ionic from Facebook messenger and fitbit, but my text messages and any other apps stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I've tried resetting my watch, the app, checked to make sure I didn't change my notifications settings in the fitbit app, I've disconnected my watch from Bluetooth and reconnected it.

 

It is to the point I've quit wearing my watch as much, due to it not performing the tasks I needed it to.

There are about a million threads on this issue, including this one, where Fitbit staff have acknowledged the problem. No resolution yet.
