In the app under the exercise data the "energy" tab says" No enough data available" to show the total calories burned, calrious/min burned, an the graph that is normally there. This first time it has occurred. I've tried restarting the app and the phone(Galaxy S10) and cleared app cache and it still hasn't corrected it. Even restated and re-synced my Versa 3. Last day I logged exercise before today was Thurday 3/10/2010 and it was showing the energy data. The app is up to date according to Google play store.

@jocyk Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding the energy information in a training log. Have you checked the workouts on the Fitbt.com Online Dashboard? Is the information missing in there too? It seemed to be a display issue rather than the information not being available.
I used to experience the same thing but have not in over a month. I assumed an app updated fixed it. I suggest you try the following. I first try logging out and back into my account. That loads all of my account 's information on the app again. You can also try deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
Have a nice day!

I have updated the Fitbit app, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, confirmed it was updated as well as the Sense software being up to date, restarted the Sense. Cleared my BT cache/storage, set up the Sense, connected via BT. Then repeated the entire process, several times.
None of this has fixed the issue.

@AndyF85 Thanks for the reply and the explanation. I actually find that very odd. Would you be so kind to provide me with your smartphone model and Fitbit app version. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture and then tap on "Help and Support". At the top details of the app will be shown, version included. This way I can report this in detail. Thanks in advance.
Have a nice day!

@RodrigoMFitbit The problem is still happening on my app too, Android version 3.58. Running exercise with GPS, started from the watch. Initially the Energy tab shows calories, but no graph. When revisiting the tab the calories have disappeared and it says Not Enough Data Available.

@RodrigoMFitbit I still have this problem on my Fitbit app v3.58. I have logged out and in again and I have even reinstalled the app. Please can you give us an update about when this will be fixed?

This is happening for me as well when logging runs. I have a Versa 3 and Pixel 5. I've tried the restarting and disconnecting of the devices and app, etc etc. The app shows me my running route on the map, and data in every other section except for "Energy" where it gives me the "not enough data" message

Yeah, that still happens. Seems quite random. Some activities display graph, some other show "not enough data" (regardless type, I see it for Run and Bike activities).

I logged out the app and then back in to find the data is then populated. It is an annoying bug, but can at least see the data.

@baino If you look at that same exercise record a second time, does it still show the energy data and line chart? Mine shows the energy value the first time, but the second time it's viewed, the page is blank apart from the error message.

@James this sounds about right. The app obviously has a bug and needs to be addressed. The work around is a bit poor and does not always work.

So after reading through the posts this is an issue that many of us have been having for months and still no fix?? Do I have that correct or am I missing something? Really wish a solution would be found...

I am convinced it is an app issue and not a tracker issue...

Hi,
I contacted the support for the same issue, no response received yet.
Why are there so many problems with Fitbit app? It's like contacting them is becoming a daily activity and not much support is received!!
