Not able to connect to mobile

I am using Samsung S4 .My mobile is recognising the device Zip but is not able to pair and communicate with Zip. Showing an error. Please help

Im also having this issue today. I even deleted the app and nothing

Hey hey hey @Vivek117 @anaconsuelo welcome my friends! It's great to see you around! Man WinkI'd suggest you verify the following:

 

1. Internet Connection is working correctly and Bluetooth is enabled in your Android settings. Bluetooth also must be enabled within the Fitbit app. You can check this by tapping the menu button and selecting Device Settings. 

Once you have verified the requirements above please try the following steps: 

1. Reboot your Android device. 
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app and try setting up again. 

 

Also, can you let me know what error message you're receiving?
