Not getting friend requests in app / Friend list showing empty

Hi,

It happened 2 days back. I m not getting any friend request on the app but its coming in email so I cleared the app cache and logged in again from that moment my friends list shows nothing its empty.

 I tried re login again and its showing the same after that also. Any help will be appreciative.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I have moved your post from the Versa board to the Android board as this situation is more related to the app and not the watch itself.

 

I would like to thank you for letting us know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to ask you of what you're able to see when you check your friend list in the Fitbit app. This will be very helpful for us to check this further.

Hi,
When I check the app from mobile its shows zero friends but on web
everything is fine it showing all my friends and stats properly. In mobile
other that friends everything is working fine like all the notifications
and challenges.

Thank you. There is one more issue is happening now. When I try to join to
a group invite its shows me a message that "Please assign a new admin A
group must have at least one admin for its members. Choose another member
to assign as an admin before leaving this group. " I m not a admin of any
group that i am in and I didn't created any other group also. Earlier all
the invite was working properly.

I appreciate you have come back and detailed this situation a bit more. At this moment I would like to ask you to log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If you're still getting this message after these steps, reply to us with a screenshot of what you're seeing so we can check this further.
