Hey guys, anyone having problems not getting text notifications on versa having galaxy note 8 for phone? I get calls but not texts. And customer service chat says my note 8 isnt a supported device, but I've had my versa since September of last year and not had any problems getting texts. HELP!!! THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!
I have an S9+ and have the same problem. This is the 2nd time in a year that this has happend. Frustrating. Fitbit's response after several days was to ask if it corrected itself yet.
I checked out a Samsung smart watch yesterday because my Fitbit still doesn't get messages. Best Buy has them for $199. It does more than the Fitbit and has better software. Also, it is Samsung like our phones. They guy promised I would be more than happy.
Side note: A new version is coming out Friday which may cause the current model to drop in price. If my Fitbit isn't fixed by Saturday I am buying one and will be done with Fitbit for good! Awful company and horrible customer service!
