Not pairing to my galaxy s7

I have tried countless times to pair my charge 2 to my s7 and it will give me the 4 digit code and after I enter it, it wait a minute trying to connect then tells me that there was a error and won't let me pair it. So frustrated please help

Hello @Dumbo96, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. It's been a few days since you posted, so I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting? In case it does please try the following directions:

 

  1. Turn your tracker off and back on using the instructions from this post: How to restart your Charge 2?
  2. Try the setup process again. For more details please review this video.
  3. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
  4. Try setting up your tracker again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
