Had my fitbit for a week, received notifications the first days and now not at all...  The app tells me to restart my phone every 15 minutes to get connection.. Kinda annoying

Let me help you get the notifications to work correctly. Thanks for sharing that you have tried to restart your phone to get the notifications work.

 

The first thing I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. That should definitely help in getting everything to work correctly with your P20 Pro. While you might have tried some of them, please go through all of the steps listed in this help article in order.

I have just bought the Huawei Pro 20 and had it for 5  daysa have tried all the advice on the forum and I am still not getting WhatsApp text messages to my Fitbit. Uninstall the app, reinstalled the app, re paired it and still not working!  A test call works but I keep getting error message "Notification service not working" and still no text messages. Help!
