Since I updated my Fitbit app months ago, text messages and phone numbers stopped showing on my Charge 3. These are the main features that finalized my purchase as I work with children so cannot use my phone during work hours. Tried resetting fitbit while plugged in as directed. Not fixed. Very disappointed. Regretting my purchase.

To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured.
After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. Keep in mind that your LG V6 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.
