I can't get incoming calls & texts to show on my Blaze. I've read & see that this is a supported device, but I don't know what else to do. I've logged out of the app, restarted the Blaze, unpaired & re-paired the device, I have the updated version of the app. What more am I missing?

Awesome to have you here in the Fitbit Community @DawnB2!
You are correct this phone is compatible with the Fitbit app. However months ago, there was a similar issue with different Galaxy S8 users experiencing notification issues. We concluded the investigation that an update from Samsung was require to fix the notification issues, for what I recommend based on that scenario to review if your phone is running the latest updates from your service provider, since this issue was already resolved. You can see the details in the following post.
Also make sure the Fitbit app is running in the latest version available. We have announced a new version that gradually will be released to all users. For more details please refer to this post.
I saw you have tried some troubleshooting steps, so as matter of review I would like to share this post to see some additional steps that might be of your help if the issue persists: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
See you later and hope this information helps.

Thank you for your response. I did all of the things recommended & still not receiving notifications. I'll try contacting customer support

Hello there @DawnB2, thank you for keeping me posted and my apologies for the late response. I had a similar issue with my S8+ when I just got it. I was able to resolved this by doing the following, perhaps it might help you too:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
See you later until the next opportunity!

Hi @DawnB2, I'm sorry for the late update and my absence, I'm wondering how it goes, is the issue still persisting?
If it does, there are two alternative to try:
Or set up your tracker as a replacement device to reset the bond of tracker. Rest assure you won't loose any information from your tracker, just make sure to sync before you proceed. For more help on this matter refer to this post as a reference.
See you later until the next opportunity.

I went into my notification settings and it no longer shows phone settings as an option.. no text, call, etc. How can I set up the notifications if they are not an option? I used to have them so this is strange.
