Not receiving notifications

My fitbit charge 3 stopped receiving phone calls and text messages ! I rebooted it also rest it no help will not sync with my android phone tried another phone still will not sync and when I do a test call I see it on fitbit but does not vibrate !! This is not 2 years old yet very frustrated tried everything to get it to work!

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
