I have the Versa and the Galaxy Note 9 phone. Last month I noticed I was no longer getting texts or calls on my Versa. I still get reminders to move but that's it.
I've done everything possible...restart, syncing, unpair then repair, read through these forums, etc. And nothing is working.
My settings on my phone and Versa all have notifications turned on.
I'm really not sure what else to do. Can anyone help?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Thank you for responding. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phone with AT&T. I did check and read the link you listed prior to originally posting. Unfortunately, it didn't work either. I noticed it stopped happening the end of April. I double checked and my Fitbit Versa and the Fitbit app or both up to date.
