My Fitbit app updated yesterday and now text messages will not sync or display. Versa, Samsung 9+. Does anyone have any suggestions? I wouldn't think removing the app and reinstalling would help, since its the latest version of the app that is the problem. Thanks.

So, after reading some other posts, I tried removing the app and reinstalling. So far, that has worked....we will see if it lasts. Thanks.

I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing the same issue. To move forward with this, can you please let me know if the steps from my previous post were already tried? Also, is your device running Android 10 or 9?
