Initially when I enabled the notifications option on the fitbit mobile app,I got the notifications on my Fitbit versa 2 watch for a while and then it stopped..and now no matter what I do,it won't start showing notifications again ...It only says to restart your phone to fix the notifications problem..bt no matter how many times I restart the phone,it still shows the same.

Try going into
- Settings,
- Apps & Notifications,
- Special App Access,
- Notification Access,
- Toggle Fitbit access off,
- Then toggle it on.
That's how I have to get it to work after a restart on my OnePlus 6 with a Charge 3.

Hi @Hasan_Shaik10, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with your concern, can you please let me know if you're experiencing such difficulties with text notifications only or phone call notifications are affected too? When was the first time you experienced this? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

Hi, I have the same problem with my phone. I have a Huawei mate 10 lite and I read through the suggested link on how to set up notifications but it still doesn't work.
