I have updates my OS only Google pixel 2, messed with every notification tab and have been at it for at least 2 hours. I have reread threads numerous times following directions and have had no luck. I am extremely frustrated. When I first got my Charge 2, I received notifications showing name and text, then it was just name, and now I get nothing. Only.phone calls.... Does anyone know how to help me?

I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured on your Google Pixel 2.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
