If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.

Best AnswerI am having the same problem. This happend a few months ago and and I was told to wait for the update. Ridiculous. I am about done with Fitbit!!!!!
The same thing is happening to me. It's very odd because I receive phone calls, notifications for other apps, and calendar items, but do not receive notifications for text messages or email. I have tried every suggestion I can possibly find.
I am also having the same problem - just started yesterday. I still receive phone calls & calendar notifications, but stopped receiving text notifications. I did all the troubleshooting steps to no avail! Super frustrating!

Best AnswerMy ionic stopped as well for texts (whatsapp). Still works for calls, email, calendar.
Tried troubleshooting still nothing for texts.
It was working until a few days ago. So this is a new problem.
