I have a Nokia 8 which has updated to Android9. Since then I can't sync my Charge2. How do I get it to find the tracker ?
Have tried removing device from account and then re-adding. Have cleared data from Nokia8. Uninstalled and re-installed app. No joy. How do I fix this ?

If that help file doesn't get things working again then it may be that you are being affected by a known bug that's causing syncing issues with Android 9. Keep an eye on the following thread which has updates from fitbit and some ideas to try:
