I was having issues getting my tracker and device to sync. I tried unpairing it from my Samsung S7, and now it wont pair back. I have a charge 2

I'm having exactly the same issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've turned Bluetooth on & off. I've reset the tracker. Nothing helps. I'm using Moto Z-play Android phone.
