I have the same issue with my Samsung S10, since my phone has updated I am no longer receiving my text message notifications. I have done all the trouble shooting and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I even went into my carrier to see if they could figure it out and nothing! This is a function that is necessary for my life and totally sucks because I purchased the versa 2 over the Samsung Active and it is no longer compatible. Very disappointing!!

I'm having the same exact problem since updating my Samsung Galaxy 10 plus to Android 10.

As of today I am still not receiving texts on my watch. I haven't received a text message since a few days after Christmas. I really hope they get this fixed because I got this watch not only to track my progress fitness wise but when I get phone calls and texts I am not always near my phone and I have children so it was nice to finally have a way that I know I am trying to be reached when say my phone is in my purse or my pocket.

The biggest part I'm struggling with is my other half has the same phone and same watch and it works perfectly but mine still doesn't and no more contact from fitbit

I contacted Fitbit, and of course we had to go through all their steps. Again nothing worked. I was told they are working on the issue and will notify me.
I'll keep you posted.
UPDATE
I have contacted Fitbit again. "The engineers are aware of the situation and will work on it". I could not get an answer to when or if they have started to work on it.

Well I have unlinked and relinked my Fitbit on my Samsung S10. I am now getting notifications BUT I had to turn off the Preview New Messages which is located under Messages Settings, Notifications, then In-App notification settings and I turned that off and bam started getting my messages to my watch BUT I can't open them now. They disappear when I try to read them. So now I am working on that !!

I have a Samsung S10 and I am now getting the notification to my watch BUT I can't open up the notification and read it. I had to turn off the Preview new messages which is found under Messages Settings, Notifications, In-App notification settings. As long as that is turned off I get the alert on my Fitbit but then I try to open the message and it disappears so now I am trying to figure that one out.

Mine isnt due to the software being upgraded on the phone my inspire wont receive anything or sync my stats unless I delete and redownload the app. I had this issue before with the charge 2 and got rid of it as it bugged me. I have had the inspire 3 weeks and today was first time it's happened so I did the same thing this morning came to sync tonight and actually it's done exactly the same thing! Delete redownload and start again until blue tooth is turned off or it decides to stop again. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. Mine worked great (even with the Galaxy S10 update) until I updated my Fitbit. It was the update that everyone else did last year. I should have never updated it. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, signed in, checked every setting a dozen times and used lots of questionable language. Nothing has worked. All of my other apps work. (Even my security camera and alarm system apps)
I am anxiously waiting for a solution. Thank you!
Kathi
