I cant seem to be able to receive call notifications. Plus my phone no longer recognizes my versa.

If your phone is not recognising your fitbit then that could be the reason notifications are not working.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your versa by:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
