I have an LG V ThinQ and just within last day or two not getting any notifications on my Versa. Everything else syncs just fine. Spent an hour on chat with FitBit and they did everything to resolve but still not working. It is a great mystery!

No text or phone notifications since yesterday. I've tried restarting Bluetooth, removing and reconnecting my Charge to the Fitbit app on my phone, everything I can think of. It seems to have started around the time the app updated.

I have a Samsung Note 8 Plus. I can not get notifications, texts, calls etc. that is why I bought this fitbit. Everything is synced and I have gone through the steps in the troubleshooting.

After spending 45 minutes on the phone Monday working through all the troubleshooting steps I had already done on my own again I was asked to be patient as they are working on it. I will give it another week or so and if they cannot get their act together I want a refund.
