Notifying about Fitbit notifications when I have none

My phone tells me I have 71 Fitbit notifications but when I click on notifications the screen is blank. Any thoughts?

Thanks for letting us know about this issue, have you checked if your Fitbit app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following:

1. Tap the Play Store app.
2. Tap or click the menu icon in the top left corner.
3. Tap My apps & games. If the Fitbit app has an update, you’ll see it in the Updates list.
4. Tap Update.

Let me know the outcome.

Did as you suggested. Fitbit was not listed as having an update. Any other
thoughts?
