Charge 6 - System 66.20001.214.24 - Android version 14 device
I observed yesterday that the Nutrition Food data metric is gray'ed out on my Today screen. Going back to Yesterday it is displayed. Drilling down in the Today screen, everything appears as expected.
I have tried my usual delete cached data from my Fitbit app, synchronized restarts of my Charge and Device and removing Food metric from Today, restarting my Fitbit app, adding Food metric to Today and restarting my Fitbit app.
From the display perspective in my Fitbit app, nothing else appears to be not as expected.
Anyone experience this, or similar behavior from another metric, and if so, how did you resolve it?

@EstuardoFitbit Mine now appears as if something changed 20250805 (yesterday).
1) The Today screen shows 0 for the Food metric summarized data
2) Drilling down into Food appears normal
3) The Yesterday screen shows the grey'ed out symptom
4) The prior screens appear normal; here is the 2025084 screen
Hopefully this helps and feel free to reach out if anything additional will be helpful.

Same here. Started 8/5.
Search results for Nutrition info disappeared from my Today page even though you can see everything in my food log. This isn't just for today. It's all disappeared. I've flushed cache, restarted, removed and reinstalled, etc. I've changed the top display, customized it, added and subtracted calories, removed and re-entered food. There's no info for calories consumed in Health Connect, either. I guess it goes from log to Health Connect to Today page and it's not getting to Health Connect? Everything has been given permissions, it just suddenly stopped working.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I've rebooted, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It looks not it's not a me problem but a problem with the app.

I chatted at length with "HELP"
I was told they are aware of the issue and will be doing another update by August 12, update 4.9. Fingers crossed it fixes the issue.

August 12? Six days is a helluva long time for this bug to hang around.

I can confirm that the data is still missing when using old version of app. When will there be a fix for this and will the missing data be reinstated (eg the missing entries for water since 1 August)? Extremely unhappy about this, it's the worst fault yet and it's never been a reliable app.

Fitbit app is displaying Steps and Water tiles correctly. But Food is perpetually 'pulsing grey' as it does when loading. Food is still being tracked, but the calories are not loading into the tile.
Also noticed that the 3rd party app FitToFit crashes trying to sync Fitbit data (food, water, O2). It was last able to sync Aug. 4, and syncs once a day. So the tile issue probably started around then as I assume both Fitbit app and 3rd party apps use the same api calls to the server.
